SHIPPING
All items are on pre-order and It takes between 7-10 days to craft them. All orders are custom packed with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Shipping cost for international orders - 30 USD, for Georgian orders 5 USD. International orders are delivered within 15 business days, local orders in 7 business days.
International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed bythe local government upon delivery to the destination country.
Due to the situation caused by Covid19, delivery times may be a little longer.
RETURN
Once you have received your order, you have 7 business days to make a return. Send an email to holla@wazowski.com with your order number, pictures of the item you want to send back and the reason. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the detailed information about the next steps. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels, without any damages.
