SHIPPING AND RETURN

Shipping

We handcraft every piece with care and ship directly from Tbilisi, Georgia. While logistics here can sometimes take a little longer, we always use the best and most reliable options available.

For international orders, standard shipping typically takes around 14 business days, including processing time. The shipping fee is 20 USD.

For local orders, we offer 2–3 day delivery within Tbilisi and up to 7–10 business days for other regions of Georgia, including processing time. The shipping fee is 5 USD.

RETURN

We accept returns for eligible items within 2 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags, protective materials, packaging, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact hollawazowski@gmail.com within 2 business days and provide a description, photos, and all relevant details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees. Our team will assist to ensure a smooth process.
