Our Craftsmanship

Every piece begins in the imagination of Giorgi Wazowski and is brought to life by Georgian artisans. Crafted by hand using time-honoured Georgian techniques, each creation carries the unique character of the hands that made it.

Shipping Within Georgia

We offer free shipping throughout Georgia via DHL. Orders can be placed through our website, and in-stock pieces take 2–3 days to prepare before dispatch.

We do not offer express or same-day delivery. Please note that preparation time does not include transit time.

International Orders

We ship international orders via Aramex. Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information with an estimated delivery date.

International shipping charges and any applicable customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs: USD 20 to Europe, USD 30 to the rest of the world.

Made-to-Order Pieces

If your chosen piece is out of stock, you can order it on a made-to-order basis. Please allow 3–4 weeks for us to handcraft your piece.

Once it’s ready, we’ll send you an update, carefully wrap your order, and send it on its way.

Delivery Times

Delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. While delays in transit are outside our control, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues along the way.

Returns & Damaged Items

Each piece is unique, carefully handcrafted and checked before it leaves our studio. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description or photographs, please email hello@giorgiwazowski.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your full name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

We’ll review your request and, if a return is approved, guide you through the next steps.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
